Our Team Training program provides a structured class that focuses on getting better not only as an individual, but as a team. During a class we break down situational moves for guards, wings and post players. These classes allow you the option to choose the location, time as well as the daily material that is covered. We work with the coach/organizer and determine which skills need to be developed and put together a program accordingly. Each class will break down the fundamentals of basketball. Players will learn the correct way to shoot, dribble, play defense and the general rules of basketball. Furthermore players will be shown drills they can practice daily to improve their overall basketball fundamentals. Each class is designed to be fun, while at the same time push players to get better every day.
