Our Team Training program provides a structured class that focuses on getting better not only as an individual, but as a team. During a class we break down situational moves for guards, wings and post players. These classes allow you the option to choose the location, time as well as the daily material that is covered. We work with the coach/organizer and determine which skills need to be developed and put together a program accordingly. This program is ideal for teams, school programs and AAU programs of any skill level. Contact MC-Elite for registration.

Our private training course offers a very personal 1-on-1 training session that is designed to work on your specific needs. You can be a seasoned basketball player or new and just want to learn the basic fundamentals. Our private training session allows you to choose the time, location and specifically what you want to work on. Our trainer will work with you in advance to target your weak areas and help you work hard to improve them. Private sessions are ideal for all players 8 years or older. ]]>Each class will break down the fundamentals of basketball. Players will learn the correct way to shoot, dribble, play defense and the general rules of basketball. Furthermore players will be shown drills they can practice daily to improve their overall basketball fundamentals. Each class is designed to be fun, while at the same time push players to get better every day.
What you can expect to get from MC-Elite’s course training
- Max group size of 20 (Max 12 – Advanced Skills Training)
- Max 10 to 1 player to coach ratio (Max 6 to 1 – Advanced Skills Training)
- Flexible scheduling
- Safe/Fun/Competitive environment
- Trainers with collegiate and professional experience
- 45 minutes of instruction
- 15 minutes of competitive play (Excluding Advanced Skills)
- 8 weeks of instruction
